Energized AI Consulting (“we”, “us”) helps local businesses get found on Google Maps and respond to their customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to energizedaiconsulting.com, our text-message program, and the services we provide to our clients.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you use our contact form or opt in to texts: your name, business name, email, mobile number, website, city and your message.
- Consent records — if you opt in to text messages, we record the date and time, the number, the wording you agreed to, and the IP address and browser used, as proof of your consent.
- Public business information — when we evaluate a business, we look at publicly available information such as its Google Business Profile, reviews and website.
- Basic technical data — our servers log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and provide the services you ask for.
- To send the emails and, if you opted in, the text messages you agreed to receive.
- To keep records of consent and opt-outs, and to meet our legal obligations.
- To keep our systems secure and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we'll text you about your business's website, Google ranking and our services. Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in is never a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only to provide that service.
Information we handle for our clients
When a business hires us, we may process information about that business's customers — for example names, phone numbers, emails and service requests — to answer calls, reply to inquiries, request reviews and send follow-ups on that business's behalf and on its instructions. That business is responsible for having the right to contact its customers, and its own privacy policy applies to them. We use that information only to provide services to that business and never to market our own services.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our services, who may process information only on our behalf:
- Hosting — DigitalOcean (United States)
- Text messaging — Twilio · Email delivery — Resend
- AI writing and voice — Anthropic (Claude), Vapi
- Search and map data — DataForSEO, Open PageRank (public business data only)
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information while we're in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to prove compliance (generally at least five years). Backups are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
- Texts: reply STOP. Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Access, correction or deletion: contact us and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, which we'll honor.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
