Our services
Energized AI Consulting provides website, Google Business Profile, review, AI phone-answering, lead follow-up, customer re-engagement, sales coaching and advertising services for local businesses. Paid work is governed by the proposal or service agreement you accept, which sets out scope, fees and term. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
No ranking guarantees
Google and other platforms decide rankings and can change their systems at any time. We work to improve your visibility and report results honestly every month, but we don't guarantee any specific position, number of reviews, leads or revenue. Example reports on this site are illustrations, not results for a particular business.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business and keep it current.
- Only ask us to contact customers you're permitted to contact, and tell us about any opt-out requests you receive directly.
- Follow the review policies of Google and other platforms — we never post or buy fake reviews and won't do so at your request.
Text messages
Our SMS program is described in our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Content and ownership
Content on this website belongs to Energized AI Consulting. Websites and copy we create for clients belong to the client once the related invoice is paid, as set out in their agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and its information are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Energized AI Consulting isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
